There are a ton of people who have combination skin that can be a pain to control. In order to have happy skin it is very important that you use products that will not make your skin upset and out of control.
That is why I want to share with you a product that I used to help me control my skin when it was completely unbalanced. Years ago I would get super oily in my t-zone and feel like my face was just...dirty. After studying a little bit about oily skin and how it can be triggered by not balancing out the moisture in my face I went on a search for a product that would do just that! Balance out my skin.
Origins is a skin and makeup brand that has a great product line of skin care offering suitable products for a multitude of skin types. For those that suffer oily skin or combination/oily I recommend Checks and Balances.
Here is the philosphy behind the product...
"When it comes to faces with dry and oily places, it takes a clever cleanser to balance the two. This gentle, frothy face wash carefully does both jobs without canceling each other out. Broad Leaf Kelp Extract discourages excess oil production, while Wheat Protein balances and protects dry prone zones. And Tourmaline actually makes water wetter to more easily disperse dirt and sebum down the drain. There's also aromatic Bergamot, Spearmint and Lavender to add pleasure to the process. Skin feels comfortably refreshed after cleansing, never tight, pulled or parched." ---Origins.com
Basically, for the areas of your face that is dry Checks and Balances will hydrate those areas. Areas that are oily will be balanced out to not be oily.
With my experience when you are having a oily moment or day you cant wait to wash your face and feel fresh again. This formula is frothy so once you apply a dime size amount mixed with water to your skin, your skin will feel fresh and clean without the tightness.
You only need a dime sized amount to clean your whole face. $21 is pretty steep but the product will last you for a long time and potentially change your skin for the better. Check out the reviews on their website all skin types are using this product and are very satisfied with the results.
Origin's Checks and Balances is definitely worth a try...you can pick this up at a Origins counter or Origins.com
