Here is a look I created with the Wet N Wild Im Feeling Retro Palette and L.A. Colors shade in Teal. I applied the eyeshadow just as the packaging states...Eyelid I applied to my eyelid etc. I used the Teal from L.A. Colors to add more emhasis to blue...check out the pics below.
